St Anthony’s is a Catholic Academy. The programme of study for RE is provided by Birmingham Archdiocese and is called Learning and Growing as the People of God. In addition to this programme, children are taught about other religions across their educational journey, including Sikhism, Judaism, Islam and Hinduism. Relationships and Sex Education is also taught in line with the expectations of the Diocese and is supported by visits from the School Nurses and the Life organisation.

As St Anthony’s is a 1.5 entry Academy pupils are taught the subject on a two year rolling programme, so that all pupils access all curriculum areas across their educational journey.
